At The Diva Foundation, we strive to ensure complete satisfaction with every donation, event registration, or purchase made through our website. This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the terms under which cancellations and refunds may be processed.

1. Donations

All donations made to The Diva Foundation are non-refundable. These contributions are made voluntarily and are used to support our charitable initiatives.

However, if you believe that a donation was made in error, or if you require a correction (e.g., wrong amount), please contact us within 7 days of the transaction. We will assess the situation and process a refund if deemed appropriate.

2. Event Registrations

If you register for an event and wish to cancel your participation, you must notify us at least 7 days prior to the event date to be eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made within 3–7 days of the event may be eligible for a 50% refund.
Cancellations made less than 3 days before the event are non-refundable, as arrangements and commitments would have already been made.

3. Merchandise Purchases

If you purchase merchandise (e.g., T-shirts, gift items) through our website:
You may request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order.
Refunds will only be processed for defective or damaged items upon delivery.
To initiate a return or refund, contact us within 7 days of receiving the product with your order details and a photo of the issue.
Returned items must be unused and in original packaging.

4. Processing Time

Once a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method. We appreciate your patience during this process.
